In order to determine some type of custom item suitable for a customer we look at a short list of questions:

1. Who is the item being given to?
2. What is the quantity required?
3. What is the rough per piece budget?
4. What date do you need them in hand?

 

With the answers to these questions, and taking into account the customer's primary business, we develop ideas that meet these criteria and present them to the customer. Once presented, the ideas are fine tuned, prototypes are created and finally the end product is produced.

 

It should be noted, that in many instances custom products require a large minimum quantity and a substantial production and delivery time. Sometimes extending up to 12 weeks after production proofs are approved.
