Q: Do I need artwork?
A: Yes, if you want the items decorated. If you do not have artwork we can have artwork created for you or recreate any art to meet your specifications.

 

Q: Will I get an official quote?
A: Yes, we will always provide you with a written quote.

 

Q: How long does it take to get my items?
A: Normally 10 to 12 working days plus shipping time. However, at times we can shorten this turnaround time sometimes within 1 day.

 

Q: What are your terms for payment?
A: First time clients- Prepayment with order, standard Net 30 days.

 

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes we accept MC, Visa, AMEX, Discover Checks and Cash.

 

Q: Can you do custom items?
A: Yes. Be aware that custom items turnaround times are longer.

 

Q: Will you match competitor’s prices?
A: Yes, if you provide a written quote Just Call will either match or beat any written quote whenever possible.
